First, brown the package of ground pork in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Continually stir the meat and break up the sausage into small bits. This should take about 7-8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Do not drain the meat. This is where you get all that pork flavor in your gravy.
Next turn down your burner to low. Take the flour and shake it all over the pork. Stir this mixture until the pork is coated in flour. Cook until there is no liquid/fat left in the pan. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
Now start adding 1 cup of milk at a time, while constantly stirring. This will thicken up the gravy. Bring your gravy to a low boil. (If the gravy is too thick, add small amounts of milk to thin it out.)
Finally, add pepper to taste and serve immediately over warm biscuits.
